Simply indicate the reason for your return, include your full contact information and order number, if available, along with the fault found and product. When returning items please ensure you include the return authorisation code alongside your full contact information and order number if available, please remember to package your item securely. IMPORTANT: ITEMS MUST BE SENT BY RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a credit card if the product is no longer available. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment.
