How to Return an Item

Returns Policy

full contact information and order number, if available, along with the fault found and product.

When returning items please ensure you include the return authorisation code alongside your full contact information and order number if

available, please remember to package your item securely.

IMPORTANT: ITEMS MUST BE SENT BY RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY.

The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a credit

card if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods. However you must

inform a member of staff of any faulty items via e-mail within 3 working days.

RETURNING A NON-FAULTY ITEM.
If you are not happy with any product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return them to us within 7 days RECORDED

DELIVERY (as described above) for an exchange, credit note or refund. If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for an exchange totalling

higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the credit note.

All non-faulty returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. in original packaging with all relevant

materials enclosed. Any non-faulty returns that are not received in this way will be sent back to you at your cost or held pending contact. You

will be emailed regarding this status

No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping

cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the

order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron (Choose the Visa Option) Switch/Solo and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between

us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to

protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a

particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

The prices shown below are per order and not per product.

We currently operate a 2-7 working day delivery time to any mainland UK addres, this allows us to minimize any extra costs and pass that

saving onto you, the customer.
However Royal Mail will NOT guarantee this and do not consider a parcel lost until 21 working days from dispatch, therefore if you require your

Our staff will confirm the availability of the stock and advise on delivery date when you're online order is processed and stock availability is

confirmed.

All delivery schedules are entirely dependent upon product availability, if a product that you have ordered is unavailable we will endeavor to

contact you, using the details provided by you (please make sure that your contact details are correct), with an alternative or the option to

cancel your order in full. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will ship the remainder of your order to meet the delivery timescales. You will

be charged only for those items shipped, and the cost of shipping.

Standard delivery is free on any order over £50 or within 15 miles of LA1 3PX (option available in [the checkout section]). The delivery charge for

orders under £50 is based on the weight of the item;
